From the moment you arrive, our front desk staffs will greet you by name and make sure you feel right at home. We designed every part of your first visit to be easy, transparent, and comfortable.
Here's what your first appointment looks like:

You'll be greeted with a smile and we'll take care of any paperwork together. If you'd like to save time, you can fill out your new patient forms online before you arrive.
2. Getting to Know You
Before we look at a single tooth, we want to hear from you. What brings you in? What are your concerns? What are your goals for your smile? This conversation matters to us because your care starts with listening.
3. A Thorough, Gentle Exam
Dr. Choi will perform a comprehensive examination using advanced digital imaging, including low-radiation digital X-rays and our iTero scanner — no goopy impressions, no discomfort. We'll take a complete look at your teeth, gums, jaw, and overall oral health.
4. Your Personalized Care Plan
We'll sit down with you, review what we found, and walk you through your options in plain, honest language. We'll never push a treatment you don't need. You'll leave knowing exactly where you stand and what your next steps look like — including a clear picture of costs with no surprises.
5. Everything Under One Roof
From cleanings to crowns, implants to Invisalign — everything is done right here in our office. No referrals, no extra travel, no starting over with a new team. Your first visit typically takes about 60–90 minutes. It's an investment in getting to know each other, and we promise it's worth it.
